About InfoMax Consulting
We do compliance the way auditors read it.
InfoMax Consulting was founded in 2009 to give motor carriers a real compliance partner — not a binder vendor, not a software resale, not a generic consultancy. Every program we run is the program we would bring to our own audit.
What we believe
Three principles for every engagement.
Compliance is a system.
Binders pass nothing. We build documented programs whose pieces corroborate each other under inspection.
No retainers we don't earn.
If you can fix it in-house, we'll tell you. We charge for the work the work justifies, not for showing up.
The first call is diagnostic.
We open every relationship by telling you what FMCSA would flag — before we quote a single hour of work.
How we staff your engagement
A named lead. Specialists. Operations.
We run as a small, deliberate consultancy. Every engagement starts with a named lead consultant accountable to you — backed by specialists in DataQ, audits, and permitting, and an operations team that runs the filings.
Engagement lead
A senior consultant owns the work.
A named lead consultant signs every deliverable, owns the timeline, and takes your call when something breaks. You meet them on the first call — there is no handoff to a team you have never spoken to.
Compliance specialists
Specialists for DataQ and audits.
DataQ challenges, DQ-file rebuilds, drug-and-alcohol program corrections, and audit-defense dossiers are run by specialists whose entire week is regulated transportation. Your lead consultant pulls them in on the work that demands it.
Operations team
Operations runs filings and rollout.
IFTA, IRP, UCR, oversize/overweight permits, and training rollouts are run by an operations team that does these filings every day. The work that actually clears your DOT number is handled by the people closest to it.
Office
Naperville, Illinois.
Our office sits in the heart of the Midwest freight corridor — within a one-day drive of Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and St. Louis. Most carriers we work with are nearby, but we serve clients in all 50 states.
Talk to a consultant
The first call is free, the diagnostic is honest.
Walk us through your fleet. We'll tell you what to fix first, what an audit-defense looks like for you, and whether the work needs us or not.
