1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at infomaxci-landing-production.up.railway.app (the "Site"), the free compliance tools made available through the Site, and any SMS messaging program operated by InfoMax Consulting Inc. ("InfoMax," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, opting in to our SMS program, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site, the tools, or the SMS program.
2. Description of services
InfoMax provides motor-carrier compliance consulting and the following surfaces:
- Marketing site — informational content about our services, case studies, and the firm.
- Free compliance tools — including the DOT Carrier Snapshot, DataQ Eligibility Checker, New Authority Cost Calculator, and the Audit-Readiness Diagnostic. These are educational utilities and do not replace professional consulting or legal advice.
- Consulting services — paid engagements entered into by separate signed agreement. The terms of any consulting engagement are governed by that agreement, not these Terms.
- SMS messaging program — opt-in two-way text communications with our consultants (see Section 5).
3. Advisory services, not legal representation
InfoMax provides compliance advisory and operational services. Our services do not constitute legal representation. We are not your attorney, and our engagement does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal matters, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
The information on the Site, in our free tools, and in any email, SMS, or written communication is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for advice specific to your fleet, your records, or your circumstances.
4. Use of the Site and free tools
You agree:
- To use the Site and the tools only for lawful purposes.
- Not to scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to enumerate the DOT Carrier Snapshot or other lookup endpoints. These tools are funded by us and are intended for individual carrier and broker use.
- Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any other system or network connected to the Site.
- To respect the intellectual property rights of InfoMax and third parties; not to reproduce, redistribute, or modify copyrighted content without permission.
